can be trivially converted.

Don't populate the read-only array bl_data on the stack but instead
make it static const. Also makes the object code a little smaller.

According to the file name and Kconfig, a 'k' is missing in this driver
name. It should be "dlink-dir685-touchkeys".

Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:
- Have no license information of any form
- Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial
scan/conversion to ignore the file
These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:
GPL-2.0-only

This adds support for the D-Link DIR-685 touchkeys found in the
router with this name.
The vendor code calles this a "touchpad" but we are registering
it here under its real name.
