Hardware requires that all TIRs that steer traffic to the same RQ
should share identical tunneled_offload_en value.
For that, the tunneled_offload_en bit should be set/unset (according to
the HW capability) for all TIRs', not only the ones dedicated for
tunneled (inner) traffic.

Set the netdevice min MTU to ETH_MIN_MTU, and the max according

The mlx5e channels should be closed before mlx5i_uninit_underlay_qp
puts the QP into RST (reset) state during mlx5i_close. Currently QP
state incorrectly set to RST before channels got deactivated and closed,
since mlx5_post_send request expects QP in RTS (Ready To Send) state.
The fix is to keep QP in RTS state until mlx5e channels get closed
and to reset QP afterwards.
Also this fix is simply correct in order to keep the open/close flow
symmetric, i.e mlx5i_init_underlay_qp() is called first thing at open,
the correct thing to do is to call mlx5i_uninit_underlay_qp() last thing
at close, which is exactly what this patch is doing.

The current design of mlx5e driver ignores the netdevice TX/RX queues
number for netdevices that RDMA IPoIB ULP creates. Instead, the queue
number is initialized to the maximum number that mlx5 thinks best for
performance. As a result, ULP drivers that choose to create a netdevice
with queue number that is less than the maximum channels mlx5 creates,
will get a memory corruption.
This fix changes the mlx5e netdev logic to respect ULP netdevices TX/RX
queue number and use it when creating resources instead of the maximum
channel number.

netdev has several interfaces that expect to call alloc_netdev_mqs from
the core code, with the driver only providing the arguments. This is
incompatible with the rdma_netdev interface that returns the netdev
directly.
Thus re-organize the API used by ipoib so that the verbs core code calls
alloc_netdev_mqs for the driver. This is done by allowing the drivers to
provide the allocation parameters via a 'get_params' callback and then
initializing an allocated netdev as a second step.

After introduction of the cited commit, mlx5e_build_nic_params
receives the netdevice mtu in order to set the sw_mtu of mlx5e_params.
For enhanced IPoIB, the netdevice mtu is not set in this stage,
therefore, the initial sw_mtu equals zero. As a result, the hw_mtu
of the receive queue will be calculated incorrectly causing traffic
issues.
To fix this issue, query for port mtu before building the nic params.

Now that the unregister_netdev flow for IPoIB no longer relies on external
code we can now introduce the use of priv_destructor and
needs_free_netdev.
The rdma_netdev flow is switched to use the netdev common priv_destructor
instead of the special free_rdma_netdev and the IPOIB ULP adjusted:
- priv_destructor needs to switch to point to the ULP's destructor
which will then call the rdma_ndev's in the right order
- We need to be careful around the error unwind of register_netdev
as it sometimes calls priv_destructor on failure
- ULPs need to use ndo_init/uninit to ensure proper ordering
of failures around register_netdev
Switching to priv_destructor is a necessary pre-requisite to using
the rtnl new_link mechanism.
The VNIC user for rdma_netdev should also be revised, but that is left for
another patch.

In Striding RQ, each WQE serves multiple packets
(hence called Multi-Packet WQE, MPWQE).
The size of a MPWQE is constant (currently 256KB).
Upon a ringparam set operation, we calculate the number of
MPWQEs per RQ. For this, first it is needed to determine the
number of packets that can reside within a single MPWQE.
In this patch we use the actual MTU size instead of ETH_DATA_LEN
for this calculation.
This implies that a change in MTU might require a change
in Striding RQ ring size.
In addition, this obsoletes some WQEs-to-packets translation
functions and helps delete ~60 LOC.

Knowing the MTU is required for RQ creation flow.
By our design, channels creation flow is totally isolated
from priv/netdev, and can be completed with access to
channels params and mdev.
Adding the MTU to the channels params helps preserving that.
In addition, we save it in RQ to make its access faster in
datapath checks.

When mlx5_ib_add is called determine if the mlx5 core device being
added is capable of dual port RoCE operation. If it is, determine
whether it is a master device or a slave device using the
num_vhca_ports and affiliate_nic_vport_criteria capabilities.
If the device is a slave, attempt to find a master device to affiliate it
with. Devices that can be affiliated will share a system image guid. If
none are found place it on a list of unaffiliated ports. If a master is
found bind the port to it by configuring the port affiliation in the NIC
vport context.
Similarly when mlx5_ib_remove is called determine the port type. If it's
a slave port, unaffiliate it from the master device, otherwise just
remove it from the unaffiliated port list.
The IB device is registered as a multiport device, even if a 2nd port is
not available for affiliation. When the 2nd port is affiliated later the
GID cache must be refreshed in order to get the default GIDs for the 2nd
port in the cache. Export roce_rescan_device to provide a mechanism to
refresh the cache after a new port is bound.
In a multiport configuration all IB object (QP, MR, PD, etc) related
commands should flow through the master mlx5_core_dev, other commands
must be sent to the slave port mlx5_core_mdev, an interface is provide
to get the correct mdev for non IB object commands.

since the RX channels are shared between the interfaces.
Creating a septate profile for child and parent will make a smother
code with a better ability for future expansion.
The profile stuct is exposed to the parent using a getter function.

This change is needed for PKEY support, since the RQs are shared
between the child interface and the parent. The parent is responsible
for NAPI and the precessing of RX completions. Using the dqpn in the
completion descriptor we set the corresponding child IPoIB netdevice
on the SKB.
The mapping between the dqpn and the netdevice is done using a HT,
each mlx5 IPoIB interface registers its mapping on creation.

Previous support allowed connecting only a single QPN to the FT.
Now using a linked list multiple QPNs can be attached to the same FT.
Supporting attaching multiple underlay QPs is required for PKEY
support in which child and parent share the same FT.
The actual attaching/detaching FW commands will be called inside the
function symmetrically.
This change requires a change in IPoIB open and close functions, the
attaching/detaching to/from the FT is done each time we open/close.

During the creation of the underlay QP the PKEY index is unknown, the
PKEY index is known only when calling ndo_open.
PKEY index attached to the QP during state modification.
Splitting the functions will also make the code symmetric and more
readable. This split is also required for later PKEY support to be
called with the PKEY index during ndo_open.

PTP code is moved to core section of mlx5 driver in order to share
it between ethernet and infiniband. This movement involves the following
changes:
- Change mlx5e_ prefix to be mlx5_
- Add clock structs to Core
- Add clock object to mlx5_core_dev
- Call Init/Uninit clock from core init/cleanup
- Rename mlx5e_tstamp to be mlx5_clock

When cleaning rdma netdevice we need to save the mdev pointer
because priv is released when we release netdev.
This bug was found using the kernel address sanitizer (KASAN).

On interface remove, the clean-up was done incorrectly causing
an error in the log:
"SET_FLOW_TABLE_ROOT(0x92f) op_mod(0x0) failed...syndrome (0x7e9f14)"
This was caused by the following flow:
-ndo_uninit:
Move QP state to RST (this disconnects the QP from FT),
the QP cannot be attached to any FT unless it is in RTS.
-mlx5_rdma_netdev_free:
cleanup_rx: Destroy FT
cleanup_tx: Destroy QP and remove QPN from FT
This caused a problem when destroying current FT we tried to
re-attach the QP to the next FT which is not needed.
The correct flow is:
-mlx5_rdma_netdev_free:
cleanup_rx: remove QPN from FT & Destroy FT
cleanup_tx: Destroy QP
