The 'clk' field in 'struct mt7621_spi' is useless, remove it.

Now that clk_disable_unprepare(clk) is handled with a managed resource,
we can use devm_spi_register_controller() and axe the .remove function.
The order between spi_unregister_controller() and clk_disable_unprepare()
is still the same.
(see commit 46b5c4fb87ce ("spi: mt7621: Don't leak SPI master in probe
error path") to see why it matters)

The devm_clk_get_enabled() helper:
- calls devm_clk_get()
- calls clk_prepare_enable() and registers what is needed in order to
call clk_disable_unprepare() when needed, as a managed resource.
This helper is well suited for cases where the clock would be kept
prepared or enabled for the whole lifetime of the driver.
This simplifies the error handling a lot.
The order between spi_unregister_controller() (in the remove function) and
the clk_disable_unprepare() (now handle by a managed resource) is kept
the same.

'status' is known to be 0 at this point. The expected error code is
PTR_ERR(clk).
Switch to dev_err_probe() in order to display the expected error code (in a
human readable way).
This also filters -EPROBE_DEFER cases, should it happen.

If the calls to device_reset() or devm_spi_register_controller() fail on
probe of the MediaTek MT7621 SPI driver, the spi_controller struct is
erroneously not freed. Fix by switching over to the new
devm_spi_alloc_master() helper.
Additionally, there's an ordering issue in mt7621_spi_remove() wherein
the spi_controller is unregistered after disabling the SYS clock.
The correct order is to call spi_unregister_controller() *before* this
teardown step because bus accesses may still be ongoing until that
function returns.
All of these bugs have existed since the driver was first introduced,
so it seems fair to fix them together in a single commit.

Commit 702b15cb9712 ("spi: mt7621: fix missing clk_disable_unprepare()
on error in mt7621_spi_probe") sought to disable the SYS clock on probe
errors, but only did so for 2 of 3 potentially failing calls: The clock
needs to be disabled on failure of devm_spi_register_controller() as
well.
Moreover, the commit purports to fix a bug in commit cbd66c626e16 ("spi:
mt7621: Move SPI driver out of staging") but in reality the bug has
existed since the driver was first introduced.

Pull staging / IIO driver updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the big staging and iio driver update for 5.2-rc1.
Lots of tiny fixes all over the staging and IIO driver trees here,
along with some new IIO drivers.
The "counter" subsystem was added in here as well, as it is needed by
the IIO drivers and subsystem.
Also we ended up deleting two drivers, making this pull request remove
a few hundred thousand lines of code, always a nice thing to see. Both
of the drivers removed have been replaced with "real" drivers in their
various subsystem directories, and they will be coming to you from
those locations during this merge window.
There are some core vt/selection changes in here, that was due to some
cleanups needed for the speakup fixes. Those have all been acked by
the various subsystem maintainers (i.e. me), so those are ok.
We also added a few new drivers, for some odd hardware, giving new
developers plenty to work on with basic coding style cleanups to come
in the near future.
Other than that, nothing unusual here.
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
issues, other than an odd gcc warning for one of the new drivers that
should be fixed up soon"
[ I fixed up the warning myself - Linus ]

This patch moves the MT7621 SPI driver, which is used on some Ralink /
MediaTek MT76xx MIPS SoC's, out of the staging directory. No changes to
the source code are done in this patch.
This driver version was tested successfully on an MT7688 based platform
with an SPI NOR on CS0 and an SPI NAND on CS1 without any issues (so
far).
This patch also documents the devicetree bindings for the MT7621 SPI
device driver.
