The function names page_xchg_last_nid(), page_last_nid() and
reset_page_last_nid() were judged to be inconsistent so rename them to a
struct_field_op style pattern. As it looked jarring to have
reset_page_mapcount() and page_nid_reset_last() beside each other in
memmap_init_zone(), this patch also renames reset_page_mapcount() to
page_mapcount_reset(). There are others like init_page_count() but as
it is used throughout the arch code a rename would likely cause more
conflicts than it is worth.

ARM: tegra: Common Clock Framework rework
Tegra already supports the common clock framework, but had issues:
1) The clock driver was located in arch/arm/mach-tegra/ rather than
drivers/clk/.
2) A single "Tegra clock" type was implemented, rather than separate
clock types for PLL, mux, divider, ... type in HW.
3) Clock lookups by device drivers were still driven by device name
and connection ID, rather than through device tree.
This pull request solves all three issues. This required some DT changes
to add clocks properties, and driver changes to request clocks more
"correctly". Finally, this rework allows all AUXDATA to be removed from
Tegra board files, and various duplicate clock lookup entries to be
removed from the driver.
This pull request is based on the previous pull request, with tag
tegra-for-3.9-cleanup.

The omap multiplatform support uncovered a bug in the cwdavinci_cpdma
code and was missing two drivers that are enabled now but are not
quite ready for multiplatform, as found by allyesconfig builds.
There is also a conflict generated by automated merge in
arch/arm/mach-omap2/drm.c between a bug fix that went into v3.8-rc5
and a different version of the same fix that went into the
omap/multiplatform branch. This merge removes the extraneous
#include that was causing build errors.

We still need to fix up few places for multiplatform support,
but that can proceed separately. Fix the issue by making the
problem drivers depends !ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM for now.
The remaining pieces that are not multiplatform compatible
for omap2+ SoCs are:
1. Some drivers are using custom omap_dm_timer calls
There are two drivers that are directly usign omap hardware
timers for PWM and DSP clocking: drivers/media/rc/ir-rx51.c and
drivers/staging/tidspbridge/core/dsp-clock.c. These can be
fixed for multiplatform by allowing a minimal set of hardware
timers to be accessed, and for some functionality by using the
hrtimer framework.
2. Hardware OMAP4_ERRATA_I688 needs to be fixed up
This can't be enabled for multiplatform configurations in
it's current form. It may be possible to fix it up to do
instruction replacement early on during init. Luckily it
looks like this errata does not seem to get hit with
mainline kernel code alone at least currently.
3. Legacy header needed for omap-sham.c
Looks like it still needs mach/irqs.h for omap1 that
does not exist for multiplatform systems. Just ifdef
it for now.
4. Mailbox is waiting to get moved to drivers
Disable it for now to avoid adding a dependency to the
mailbox patches.

The PPS (Pulse-Per-Second) line discipline has developed a number of
unhealthy attachments to core tty data and functions, ultimately leading
to its breakage.
The previous patches fixed the crashing. This one reduces coupling further
by eliminating the timestamp parameter from the dcd_change ldisc method.
This reduces header file linkage and makes the extension more generic,
and the timestamp read is delayed only slightly, from just before the
ldisc->ops->dcd_change method call to just after.

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This
saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.

The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on
TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY
layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate
symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than
"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.
bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by
removing TTY. The list is filtered to not show removed entries with awk
'$3 != "-"' as the list was very long.

anyway.

tty_port_tty_get in those paths.
tty_insert_flip_char is the next one to proceed. This one is used all
over the code, so the patch is huge.

For Velleman K8055 (aka VM110), `vmk80xx_read_packet()` and
`vmk8055_write_packet()` send an URB asynchronously and do not wait for
it complete. However, callers of `vmk80xx_read_packet()` are assuming
the contents of the data buffer `devpriv->usb_rx_buf` are valid
immediately after that function returns.
For Velleman K8061 (aka VM140), `vmk80xx_read_packet()` and
`vmk80xx_write_packet()` punt the requests to `vmk80xx_do_bulk_msg()`
which *does* wait for the URBs to complete (albeit with no error
checking!).
Change `vmk80xx_read_packet()` and `vmk80xx_write_packet()` to use
`usb_interrupt_msg()` for the K8055, so the callers of
`vmk80xx_read_packet()` can assume the data buffer contents are valid
(if no error occurred). Remove all the code for checking for transfers
in progress and busy waiting, as it's no longer needed. Pretty much all
the callers of `vmk80xx_read_packet()` and `vmk80xx_write_packet()` hold
the same semaphore anyway, and the only caller that doesn't
(`vmk80xx_reset_device()` called during initialization of the device)
doesn't really matter.

Instead of calling the same function three times in a loop, multiply the
loop counter by three.

In SetAntennaConfig87SE both branches of if (bAntDiversity) do exactly

The simple PlatformIORead1Byte function doesn't need to store its return
value in a temporary variable; rather simply return the value directly.
By moving the function to the top we can also get rid of the forward
declaration.
The wrapper functions could be easily replaced by direct calls to
read_nic_byte but is kept for readability.
Since this functions is local only we can mark it as static.

WriteBBPortUchar reimplements ReadBBPortUchar in its body, so we can
remove the duplicated code by calling ReadBBPortUchar directly.
Unfortunately we have to move ReadBBPortUchar around; while at it we can
also get rid of the temporary variable for the return value.
Also we can remove the local variables UCharData and RegisterContent in
WriteBBPortUchar as they are not used / without effect.
Both functions are only 'local' so we can mark them as static.
