The public backref walking functions have quite a lot of arguments that
are passed down the call stack to find_parent_nodes(), the core function
of the backref walking code.
The next patches in series will need to add even arguments to these
functions that should be passed not only to find_parent_nodes(), but also
to other functions used by the later (directly or even lower in the call
stack).
So create a structure to hold all these arguments and state used by the
main backref walking function, find_parent_nodes(), and use it as the
argument for the public backref walking functions iterate_extent_inodes(),
btrfs_find_all_leafs() and btrfs_find_all_roots().

This is a large patch, but because they're all macros it's impossible to
split up. Simply copy all of the item accessors in ctree.h and paste
them in accessors.h, and then update any files to include the header so
everything compiles.

Several places in the qgroup self tests follow the pattern of freeing the
ulist pointer they passed to btrfs_find_all_roots() if the call to that
function returned an error. That is pointless because that function always
frees the ulist in case it returns an error.
Also In some places like at test_multiple_refs(), after a call to
btrfs_qgroup_account_extent() we also leave "old_roots" and "new_roots"
pointing to ulists that were freed, because btrfs_qgroup_account_extent()
has freed those ulists, and if after that the next call to
btrfs_find_all_roots() fails, we call ulist_free() on the "old_roots"
ulist again, resulting in a double free.
So remove those calls to reduce the code size and avoid double ulist
free in case of an error.

In the test_no_shared_qgroup() and test_multiple_refs() qgroup self tests,
if we fail to add the tree ref, remove the extent item or remove the
extent ref, we are returning from the test function without freeing the
"old_roots" ulist that was allocated by the previous calls to
btrfs_find_all_roots(). Fix that by calling ulist_free() before returning.

In the future we are going to have multiple copies of these trees. To
facilitate this we need a way to lookup the different roots we are
looking for. Handle this by adding a global root rb tree that is
indexed on the root->root_key. Then instead of loading the roots at
mount time with individually targeted keys, simply search the tree_root
for anything with the specific objectid we want. This will make it
straightforward to support both old style and new style file systems.

When we start having multiple extent roots we'll need to use a helper to
get to the correct extent_root. Rename fs_info->extent_root to
_extent_root and convert all of the users of the extent root to using
the btrfs_extent_root() helper. This will allow us to easily clean up
the remaining direct accesses in the future.

Currently all the callers of btrfs_find_all_roots() pass a value of false
for its ignore_offset argument. This makes the argument pointless and we
can remove it and make btrfs_find_all_roots() always pass false as the
ignore_offset argument for btrfs_find_all_roots_safe(). So just do that.

At btrfs_qgroup_trace_extent_post() we call btrfs_find_all_roots() with a
NULL value as the transaction handle argument, which makes that function
take the commit_root_sem semaphore, which is necessary when we don't hold
a transaction handle or any other mechanism to prevent a transaction
commit from wiping out commit roots.
However btrfs_qgroup_trace_extent_post() can be called in a context where
we are holding a write lock on an extent buffer from a subvolume tree,
namely from btrfs_truncate_inode_items(), called either during truncate
or unlink operations. In this case we end up with a lock inversion problem
because the commit_root_sem is a higher level lock, always supposed to be
acquired before locking any extent buffer.
Lockdep detects this lock inversion problem since we switched the extent
buffer locks from custom locks to semaphores, and when running btrfs/158
from fstests, it reported the following trace:

Fix this by making btrfs_find_all_roots() never attempt to lock the
commit_root_sem when it is called from btrfs_qgroup_trace_extent_post().
We can't just pass a non-NULL transaction handle to btrfs_find_all_roots()
from btrfs_qgroup_trace_extent_post(), because that would make backref
lookup not use commit roots and acquire read locks on extent buffers, and
therefore could deadlock when btrfs_qgroup_trace_extent_post() is called
from the btrfs_truncate_inode_items() code path which has acquired a write
lock on an extent buffer of the subvolume btree.

Now that all the users of roots take references for them we can drop the
extra root ref we've been taking. Before we had roots at 2 refs for the
life of the file system, one for the radix tree, and one simply for
existing. Now that we have proper ref accounting in all places that use
roots we can drop this extra ref simply for existing as we no longer
need it.

Callers of alloc_test_extent_buffer have not correctly interpreted the
return value as error pointer, as alloc_test_extent_buffer should behave
as alloc_extent_buffer. The self-tests were unaffected but
btrfs_find_create_tree_block could call both functions and that would
cause problems up in the call chain.

The test failures are not clearly visible in the system log as they're
printed at INFO level. Add a new helper that is level ERROR. As this
touches almost all strings, I took the opportunity to unify them:
- decapitalize the first letter as there's a prefix and the text
continues after ":"
- glue strings split to more lines and un-indent so they fit to 80
columns
- use %llu instead of %Lu
- drop \n from the modified messages (test_msg is left untouched)

uncompressed extents
The LOGICAL_INO ioctl provides a backward mapping from extent bytenr and
offset (encoded as a single logical address) to a list of extent refs.
LOGICAL_INO complements TREE_SEARCH, which provides the forward mapping
(extent ref -> extent bytenr and offset, or logical address). These are
useful capabilities for programs that manipulate extents and extent
references from userspace (e.g. dedup and defrag utilities).
When the extents are uncompressed (and not encrypted and not other),
check_extent_in_eb performs filtering of the extent refs to remove any
extent refs which do not contain the same extent offset as the 'logical'
parameter's extent offset. This prevents LOGICAL_INO from returning
references to more than a single block.
To find the set of extent references to an uncompressed extent from [a, b),
userspace has to run a loop like this pseudocode:

extent_ref_set += LOGICAL_INO(i);
At each iteration of the loop (up to 32768 iterations for a 128M extent),
data we are interested in is collected in the kernel, then deleted by
the filter in check_extent_in_eb.
When the extents are compressed (or encrypted or other), the 'logical'
parameter must be an extent bytenr (the 'a' parameter in the loop).
No filtering by extent offset is done (or possible?) so the result is
the complete set of extent refs for the entire extent. This removes
the need for the loop, since we get all the extent refs in one call.
Add an 'ignore_offset' argument to iterate_inodes_from_logical,
[...several levels of function call graph...], and check_extent_in_eb, so
that we can disable the extent offset filtering for uncompressed extents.
This flag can be set by an improved version of the LOGICAL_INO ioctl to
get either behavior as desired.
There is no functional change in this patch. The new flag is always
false.

We track the node sizes per-root, but they never vary from the values
in the superblock. This patch messes with the 80-column style a bit,
but subsequent patches to factor out root->fs_info into a convenience
variable fix it up again.

We have a lot of random ints in btrfs_fs_info that can be put into flags. This
is mostly equivalent with the exception of how we deal with quota going on or
off, now instead we set a flag when we are turning it on or off and deal with
that appropriately, rather than just having a pending state that the current
quota_enabled gets set to. Thanks,

self-tests code assumes 4k as the sectorsize and nodesize. This commit
fix hardcoded 4K. Enables the self-tests code to be executed on non-4k
page sized systems (e.g. ppc64).

This tests the operations on the free space tree trying to excercise all
of the main cases for both formats. Between this and xfstests, the free
space tree should have pretty good coverage.

Make the extent buffer allocation interface consistent. Cloned eb will
set a valid fs_info. For dummy eb, we can drop the length parameter and
set it from fs_info.
The built-in sanity checks may pass a NULL fs_info that's queried for
nodesize, but we know it's 4096.

Often when running the qgroups sanity test, a crash or a hang happened.
This is because the extent buffer the test uses for the root node doesn't
have an header level explicitly set, making it have a random level value.
This is a problem when it's not zero for the btrfs_search_slot() calls
the test ends up doing, resulting in crashes or hangs such as the following:

This exercises the various parts of the new qgroup accounting code. We do some
basic stuff and do some things with the shared refs to make sure all that code
works. I had to add a bunch of infrastructure because I needed to be able to
insert items into a fake tree without having to do all the hard work myself,
hopefully this will be usefull in the future. Thanks,
