If the "bootconfig" kernel command-line argument was specified or if
the kernel was built with CONFIG_BOOT_CONFIG_FORCE, but if there are
no embedded kernel parameter, omit the "# Parameters from bootloader:"
comment from the /proc/bootconfig file. This will cause automation
to fall back to the /proc/cmdline file, which will be identical to the
comment in this no-embedded-kernel-parameters case.

commit 717c7c894d4b ("fs/proc: Add boot loader arguments as comment to
/proc/bootconfig") adds bootloader argument comments into /proc/bootconfig.
/proc/bootconfig shows boot_command_line[] multiple times following
every xbc key value pair, that's duplicated and not necessary.
Remove redundant ones.
Output before and after the fix is like:
key1 = value1
*bootloader argument comments*
key2 = value2
*bootloader argument comments*
key3 = value3
*bootloader argument comments*
...
key1 = value1
key2 = value2
key3 = value3
*bootloader argument comments*
...

In kernels built with CONFIG_BOOT_CONFIG_FORCE=y, /proc/cmdline will
show all kernel boot parameters, both those supplied by the boot loader
and those embedded in the kernel image. This works well for those who
just want to see all of the kernel boot parameters, but is not helpful to
those who need to see only those parameters supplied by the boot loader.
This is especially important when these parameters are presented to the
boot loader by automation that might gather them from diverse sources.
It is also useful when booting the next kernel via kexec(), in which
case it is necessary to supply only those kernel command-line arguments
from the boot loader, and most definitely not those that were embedded
into the current kernel.
Therefore, add comments to /proc/bootconfig of the form:
# Parameters from bootloader:
# root=UUID=ac0f0548-a69d-43ca-a06b-7db01bcbd5ad ro quiet ...
The second added line shows only those kernel boot parameters supplied
by the boot loader.

kzalloc is a memory allocation function which can return NULL when some
internal memory errors happen. It is safer to add null pointer check.

It is not possible to put an array value with subkeys under
a key node, because both of subkeys and the array elements
are using "next" field of the xbc_node.
Thus this changes the array values to use "child" field in
the array case. The reason why split this change is to
test it easily.

Fix /proc/bootconfig to select double or single quotes
corrctly according to the value.
If a bootconfig value includes a double quote character,
we must use single-quotes to quote that value.
This modifies if() condition and blocks for avoiding
double-quote in value check in 2 places. Anyway, since
xbc_array_for_each_value() can handle the array which
has a single node correctly.
Thus,
if (vnode && xbc_node_is_array(vnode)) {
xbc_array_for_each_value(vnode) /* vnode->next != NULL */
...
} else {
snprintf(val); /* val is an empty string if !vnode */
}
is equivalent to
if (vnode) {
xbc_array_for_each_value(vnode) /* vnode->next can be NULL */
...
} else {
snprintf(""); /* value is always empty */
}

Add /proc/bootconfig which shows the list of key-value pairs
in boot config. Since after boot, all boot configs and tree
are removed, this interface just keep a copy of key-value
pairs in text.
