Mark Moseley reported that a chroot environment on a SMB share can be
left via "cd ..\\". Similar to CVE-2006-1863 issue with cifs, this fix
is for smbfs.

An old patch designed to fix http://bugme.osdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4497,
"getdents gives empty/random result upon signal".
If smbfs's readdir() is interupted by a signal, smb_readdir() failed to
noticed that and proceeded to treat the unread-into page as valid directory
contents. Fix that up by handling the -ERESTARTSYS.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
