* ARM: mach-s5p: get rid of all <mach/gpio.h> headersLinus Walleij2014-06-301-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | This renames all the local <mach/gpio.h> headers in the S5P platforms to <mach/gpio-samsung.h> indicating a scope local to this platform, and cuts the implicit inclusion of <mach/gpio.h> from <linux/gpio.h> by removing the use of NEED_MACH_GPIO_H from all S5P variants. * ASoC: samsung: Use devm_snd_soc_register_componentTushar Behera2014-05-221-6/+3
| | | | | | | | Replaced snd_soc_register_component with its devres equivalent, devm_snd_soc_register_component. Signed-off-by: Tushar Behera <tushar.behera@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@linaro.org>

* ASoC: Samsung: Do not register samsung audio dma device as pdevPadmavathi Venna2012-12-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Previously, the ASoC 'platform' (PCM/DMA) object was instantiated via a platform_device. This didn't represent the hardware well, since there was no separate hardware associated with this platform_device; it was a virtual device with sole purpose to call snd_soc_register_platform(). This change removes the platform_device completely. Each Samsung DAI now registers the ASoC 'platform' itself. Machine drivers are adjusted for the new 'platform' name. * ASoC: samsung: Add .owner to struct snd_soc_cardAxel Lin2011-12-221-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | Missed .owner of struct snd_soc_card will prevent the module from being removed from underneath its users. Reported-by: Lothar Waßmann <LW@KARO-electronics.de> Signed-off-by: Axel Lin <axel.lin@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>
* sound: Add module.h to the previously silent sound usersPaul Gortmaker2011-10-311-0/+1
| | | | | | | | Lots of sound drivers were getting module.h via the implicit presence of it in <linux/device.h> but we are going to clean that up. So fix up those users now. Signed-off-by: Paul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>
* ASoC: Convert Goni to data based DAPM initMark Brown2011-10-111-8/+5

* ASoC: Remove redundant snd_soc_dapm_sync() calls from machine driversMark Brown2011-10-081-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | The core will sync DAPM as part of the card initialization, there is no need for machine drivers to do so during their setup. OMAP drivers are omitted as I know Peter already has patches for them. Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>
* ASoC: Don't specify the DMA driver for Goni baseband linkMark Brown2011-04-281-1/+0

* ASoC: Fix CODEC DAI names for GoniMark Brown2011-04-281-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | Immediately after sending the last fix I realised that the CODEC DAI names also don't correspond to the WM8994 driver. Update the DAI names to match. * ASoC: Fix CODEC name in GoniMark Brown2011-04-281-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | This was typoed at some point in the multi-component merge, though the driver was added along with that. Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com> Acked-by: Jassi Brar <jassisinghbrar@gmail.com> Acked-by: Liam Girdwood <lrg@ti.com>

* ASoC: SAMSUNG: Debug wrong parameterSeungwhan Youn2010-12-221-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | snd_soc_jack_new()'s first parameter was changed from snd_soc_card to snd_soc_codec after Multi-Component support patches. So, this patch fixes parameter that we missed.
