Kbuild: centralize MKIMAGE and cmd_uimage definitions
All ARCHs have the same definition of MKIMAGE. Move it to Makefile.lib to avoid duplication. All ARCHs have similar definitions of cmd_uimage. Place a sufficiently parameterized version in Makefile.lib to avoid duplication.
