rpmsg: qcom: correct kerneldoc
Correct kerneldoc warnings like: drivers/rpmsg/qcom_glink_ssr.c:45: warning: expecting prototype for G(). Prototype was for GLINK_SSR_DO_CLEANUP() instead Also fix meaning of 'flag' argument.
