Staging: fbtft: Remove unnecessary multiple blank lines
This patch removes some unnecessary multiple blank lines to fix the
following checkpatch errors:
CHECK:LINE_SPACING at lines 29, 67, 131, 287, 299, 312, 326, 351 and
364.
