bcachefs: Kill BTREE_INSERT_USE_RESERVE
Now that we have journal watermarks and alloc watermarks unified, BTREE_INSERT_USE_RESERVE is redundant and can be deleted. Signed-off-by: Kent Overstreet <kent.overstreet@linux.dev>
