Pull rdma fixes from Jason Gunthorpe:
- Put the QP netlink dump back in cxgb4, fixes a user visible
regression
- Don't change the rounding style in mlx5 for user provided rd_atomic
values
- Resolve a race in bnxt_re around the qp-handle table array
