mm/page_alloc: inline function to handle CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT
Let us move the code between CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT to an inline function. Not having an ifdef in the function makes the code more readable.
