SUNRPC: Kill rpc_clnt->cl_oneshot
Replace it with explicit calls to rpc_shutdown_client() or rpc_destroy_client() (for the case of asynchronous calls). Signed-off-by: Trond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
