commit be27b8965297 ("net: stmmac: replace priv->speed with
the portTransmitRate from the tc-cbs parameters") introduced
a problem. When deleting, it prompts "Invalid portTransmitRate
0 (idleSlope - sendSlope)" and exits. Add judgment on cbs.enable.
Only when offload is enabled, speed divider needs to be calculated.

parameters
The current cbs parameter depends on speed after uplinking,
which is not needed and will report a configuration error
if the port is not initially connected. The UAPI exposed by
tc-cbs requires userspace to recalculate the send slope anyway,
because the formula depends on port_transmit_rate (see man tc-cbs),
which is not an invariant from tc's perspective. Therefore, we
use offload->sendslope and offload->idleslope to derive the
original port_transmit_rate from the CBS formula.

Move the EST structure to struct stmmac_priv, because the
EST configs don't look like platform config, but EST is
enabled in runtime with the settings retrieved for the TC
TAPRIO feature also in runtime. So it's better to have the
EST-data preserved in the driver private data instead of
the platform data storage.

Reinitialize the whole EST structure would also reset the mutex
lock which is embedded in the EST structure, and then trigger
the following warning. To address this, move the lock to struct
stmmac_priv. We also need to reacquire the mutex lock when doing
this initialization.

Report taprio offload status. This includes per txq and global
counters of window_drops and tx_overruns.
Window_drops count include count of frames dropped because of
queueMaxSDU setting and HLBF error. Transmission overrun counter
inform the user application whether any packets are currently being
transmitted on a particular queue during a gate-close event.DWMAC IPs
takes care Transmission overrun won't happen hence this is always 0.

Add support for configuring queueMaxSDU. As DWMAC IPs doesn't support
queueMaxSDU table handle this in the SW. The maximum 802.3 frame size
that is allowed to be transmitted by any queue is queueMaxSDU +
16 bytes (i.e. 6 bytes SA + 6 bytes DA + 4 bytes FCS).

The status bits of register MAC_FPE_CTRL_STS are clear on read. Using
32-bit read for MAC_FPE_CTRL_STS in dwmac5_fpe_configure() and
dwmac5_fpe_send_mpacket() clear the status bits. Then the stmmac interrupt
handler missing FPE event status and leads to FPE handshaking failure and
retries.
To avoid clear status bits of MAC_FPE_CTRL_STS in dwmac5_fpe_configure()
and dwmac5_fpe_send_mpacket(), add fpe_csr to stmmac_fpe_cfg structure to
cache the control bits of MAC_FPE_CTRL_STS and to avoid reading
MAC_FPE_CTRL_STS in those methods.

Refactor EST implementation by moving common code for DWMAC4 and
DWXGMAC IPs into a separate EST module. EST implementation for DWMAC4
and DWXGMAC differs only for CSR base address, PTOV field offset
width, and PTOV clock multiplier value.

Inspired from struct flow_cls_offload :: cmd, in order for taprio to be
able to report statistics (which is future work), it seems that we need
to drill one step further with the ndo_setup_tc(TC_SETUP_QDISC_TAPRIO)
multiplexing, and pass the command as part of the common portion of the
muxed structure.
Since we already have an "enable" variable in tc_taprio_qopt_offload,
refactor all drivers to check for "cmd" instead of "enable", and reject
every other command except "replace" and "destroy" - to be future proof.

There are 2 classes of in-tree drivers currently:
- those who act upon struct tc_taprio_sched_entry :: gate_mask as if it
holds a bit mask of TXQs
- those who act upon the gate_mask as if it holds a bit mask of TCs
When it comes to the standard, IEEE 802.1Q-2018 does say this in the
second paragraph of section 8.6.8.4 Enhancements for scheduled traffic:
| A gate control list associated with each Port contains an ordered list
| of gate operations. Each gate operation changes the transmission gate
| state for the gate associated with each of the Port's traffic class
| queues and allows associated control operations to be scheduled.
In typically obtuse language, it refers to a "traffic class queue"
rather than a "traffic class" or a "queue". But careful reading of
802.1Q clarifies that "traffic class" and "queue" are in fact
synonymous (see 8.6.6 Queuing frames):
| A queue in this context is not necessarily a single FIFO data structure.
| A queue is a record of all frames of a given traffic class awaiting
| transmission on a given Bridge Port. The structure of this record is not
| specified.
i.o.w. their definition of "queue" isn't the Linux TX queue.
The gate_mask really is input into taprio via its UAPI as a mask of
traffic classes, but taprio_sched_to_offload() converts it into a TXQ
mask.
The breakdown of drivers which handle TC_SETUP_QDISC_TAPRIO is:
- hellcreek, felix, sja1105: these are DSA switches, it's not even very
clear what TXQs correspond to, other than purely software constructs.
Only the mqprio configuration with 8 TCs and 1 TXQ per TC makes sense.
So it's fine to convert these to a gate mask per TC.
- enetc: I have the hardware and can confirm that the gate mask is per
TC, and affects all TXQs (BD rings) configured for that priority.
- igc: in igc_save_qbv_schedule(), the gate_mask is clearly interpreted
to be per-TXQ.
- tsnep: Gerhard Engleder clarifies that even though this hardware
supports at most 1 TXQ per TC, the TXQ indices may be different from
the TC values themselves, and it is the TXQ indices that matter to
this hardware. So keep it per-TXQ as well.
- stmmac: I have a GMAC datasheet, and in the EST section it does
specify that the gate events are per TXQ rather than per TC.
- lan966x: again, this is a switch, and while not a DSA one, the way in
which it implements lan966x_mqprio_add() - by only allowing num_tc ==
NUM_PRIO_QUEUES (8) - makes it clear to me that TXQs are a purely
software construct here as well. They seem to map 1:1 with TCs.
- am65_cpsw: from looking at am65_cpsw_est_set_sched_cmds(), I get the
impression that the fetch_allow variable is treated like a prio_mask.
This definitely sounds closer to a per-TC gate mask rather than a
per-TXQ one, and TI documentation does seem to recomment an identity
mapping between TCs and TXQs. However, Roger Quadros would like to do
some testing before making changes, so I'm leaving this driver to
operate as it did before, for now. Link with more details at the end.
Based on this breakdown, we have 5 drivers with a gate mask per TC and
4 with a gate mask per TXQ. So let's make the gate mask per TXQ the
opt-in and the gate mask per TC the default.
Benefit from the TC_QUERY_CAPS feature that Jakub suggested we add, and
query the device driver before calling the proper ndo_setup_tc(), and
figure out if it expects one or the other format.

LLDP and PTP using the hardware offload capabilities.

The above issue is due to previous incorrect implementation of
tc_del_vlan_flow(), shown below, that uses flow_cls_offload_flow_rule()
to get struct flow_rule *rule which is no longer valid for tc filter
delete operation.

So, to ensure tc_del_vlan_flow() deletes the right VLAN cls record for
earlier configured RX queue (configured by hw_tc) in tc_add_vlan_flow(),
this patch introduces stmmac_rfs_entry as driver-side flow_cls_offload
record for 'RX frame steering' tc flower, currently used for VLAN
priority. The implementation has taken consideration for future extension
to include other type RX frame steering such as EtherType based.

Commit fe28c53ed71d ("net: stmmac: fix taprio configuration when
base_time is in the past") allowed some base time values in the past,
but apparently not all, the base-time value of 0 (Jan 1st 1970) is still
explicitly denied by the driver.
Remove the bogus check.

causes a kernel crash due to kernel NULL pointer deference.

After adjusting the ptp time, the Qbv base time may be the past time
of the new current time. dwmac5 hardware limited the base time cannot
be set as past time. This patch add a btr_reserve to store the base
time get from qopt, then calculate the base time and reset the Qbv
configuration after ptp time adjust.

In this patch, "net: stmmac: support FPE link partner hand-shaking
procedure", priv->plat->fpe_cfg wouldn`t be "devm_kzalloc"ed if
dma_cap->frpsel is 0 (Flexible Rx Parser is not supported in SoC) in
tc_init(). So, fpe_cfg will be remain as NULL and accessing it will cause
kernel panic.
To fix this, move the "devm_kzalloc"ing of priv->plat->fpe_cfg before
dma_cap->frpsel checking in tc_init(). Additionally, checking of
priv->dma_cap.fpesel is added before calling stmmac_fpe_link_state_handle()
as only FPE supported SoC is allowed to call the function.

In order to discover whether remote station supports frame preemption,
local station sends verify mPacket and expects response mPacket in
return from the remote station.
So, we add the functions to send and handle event when verify mPacket
and response mPacket are exchanged between the networked stations.
The mechanism to handle different FPE states between local and remote
station (link partner) is implemented using workqueue which starts a
task each time there is some sign of verify & response mPacket exchange
as check in FPE IRQ event. The task retries couple of times to try to
spot the states that both stations are ready to enter FPE ON. This allows
different end points to enable FPE at different time and verify-response
mPacket can happen asynchronously. Ultimately, the task will only turn
FPE ON when local station have both exchange response in both directions.
Thanks to Voon Weifeng for implementing the core functions for detecting
FPE events and send mPacket and phylink related change.

We extend tc flower to support configuration of VLAN priority-based RX
frame steering hardware offloading.
To map VLAN <PCP> to Traffic Class <TC>:

The current tc_add_flow() and tc_del_flow() use hardware L3 & L4 filters
as offloading. The number of L3/L4 filters is read from L3L4FNUM field
from MAC_HW_Feature1 register and is used to alloc priv->tc_entries[].
For RX frame steering based on VLAN priority offloading, we use
MAC_RXQ_CTRL2 & MAC_RXQ_CTRL3 registers and all VLAN priority level
can be configured independent from L3 & L4 filters.

When link speed is not 100 Mbps, port transmit rate and speed divider
are set to 8 and 1000000 respectively. These values are incorrect for
CBS idleslope and sendslope HW values calculation if the link speed is
not 1 Gbps.
This patch adds switch statement to set the values of port transmit rate
and speed divider for 10 Gbps, 5 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 1 Gbps, and 100 Mbps.
Note that CBS is not supported at 10 Mbps.

When disable CBS, mode_to_use parameter is not updated even the operation
mode of Tx Queue is changed to Data Centre Bridging (DCB). Therefore,
when tc_setup_cbs() function is called to re-enable CBS, the operation
mode of Tx Queue remains at DCB, which causing CBS fails to work.
This patch updates the value of mode_to_use parameter to MTL_QUEUE_DCB
after operation mode of Tx Queue is changed to DCB in stmmac_dma_qmode()
callback function.

The Synopsys TSN MAC supports Qbv base times in the past, but only up to a
certain limit. As a result, a taprio qdisc configuration with a small
base time (for example when treating the base time as a simple phase
offset) is not applied by the hardware and silently ignored.
This was observed on an NXP i.MX8MPlus device, but likely affects all
TSN-variants of the MAC.
Fix the issue by making sure the base time is in the future, pushing it by
an integer amount of cycle times if needed. (a similar check is already
done in several other taprio implementations, see for example
drivers/net/ethernet/intel/igc/igc_tsn.c#L116 or
drivers/net/dsa/sja1105/sja1105_ptp.h#L39).

flow_action_hw_stats_types_check() helper takes one of the
FLOW_ACTION_HW_STATS_*_BIT values as input. If we align
the arguments to the opening bracket of the helper there
is no way to call this helper and stay under 80 characters.
Remove the "types" part from the new flow_action helpers
and enum values.

tc transparently maps the software priority number to hardware. Update
it to pass the major priority which is what most drivers expect. Update
drivers too so they do not need to lshift the priority field of the
flow_cls_common_offload object. The stmmac driver is an exception, since
this code assumes the tc software priority is fine, therefore, lshift it
just to be conservative.

I observe that the last change to add the 'ul' prefix was incorrect,
as it did not turn the result of the multiplication into a 64-bit
expression on 32-bit architectures. Further, it seems that the
do_div() macro gets confused by the fact that we pass a signed
variable rather than unsigned into it.
This changes the code to instead use the div_s64() helper that is
meant for signed division, along with changing the constant suffix
to 'll' to actually make it a 64-bit argument everywhere, fixing
both of the issues I pointed out.
I'm not completely convinced that this makes the code correct, but
I'm fairly sure that we have two problems less than before.

Add suffix UL to constant 1024 in order to give the compiler complete

A new callback was added to TC ops struct and another one to DMA ops to
reconfigure the channel mode.
