* power: supply: da9030: Use devm_power_supply_register() helperAndrew Davis2024-01-271-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | Use the device lifecycle managed register function. This helps prevent mistakes like unregistering out of order in cleanup functions and forgetting to unregister on error paths. * power: supply: da9030_battery: Convert to platform remove callback returning ↵Uwe Kleine-König2023-09-181-4/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | void The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers are converted, .remove_new() is renamed to .remove(). Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant. * power: move power supply drivers to power/supplySebastian Reichel2016-08-111-0/+596
This moves all power supply drivers from drivers/power/ to drivers/power/supply/. The intention is a cleaner source tree, since drivers/power/ also contains frameworks unrelated to power supply, like adaptive voltage scaling. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sre@kernel.org>
