kernel: bump 4.19 to 4.19.86
Refreshed all patches.

Remove upstreamed:
- 0001-pinctrl-gemini-Mask-and-set-properly.patch
- 0002-pinctrl-gemini-Fix-up-TVC-clock-group.patch
