OvmfPkg/Sec: Use EFI_COMMON_SECTION_HEADER to avoid casts
Drop superfluous casts. There is no change in behavior because
EFI_FIRMWARE_VOLUME_IMAGE_SECTION is just a typedef of
EFI_COMMON_SECTION_HEADER.
