BaseTools: Update Trim to generate VfrBinOffset Binary
Its usage is
"Trim --Vfr-Uni-Offset -o $(OUTPUT_DIR)(+)$(MODULE_NAME)VfrOffset.sec
--ModuleName=$(MODULE_NAME) --DebugDir=$(DEBUG_DIR)"
