EmbeddedPkg Omap35xxPkg: remove EBL and associated libraries
EBL is a deprecated, small memory footprint alternative for the UEFI Shell that is no longer in use by any platforms in EDK2 or in edk2-platforms. To avoid confusion, let's remove it from the tree.
