MdeModulePkg/Library/DxeHttpLib: Handle the blank value in HTTP header.
This patch is to resolve the lock-up issue if the value of HTTP header
is blank. The issue is recorded @
https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1102.
