PcAtChipsetPkg/PcRtc: Handle NULL table entry in RSDT/XSDT
The ACPI code may reserve the first entry for a certain table
(might be FACS) to help with OS compatible issues.
We need to skip the NULL table entry in RSDT/XSDT.
