UefiCpuPkg/CpuMpPei: Prepare for buffer for AP wakeup and CPU MP data
Get AP wakeup buffer and copy AP reset code into it. Allocate APs' stack and CPU MP data buffer. Fill CPU MP data fields accordingly.
