UefiCpuPkg/CpuMpPei: Use CpuPageTableLib to set memory attribute.
Currently, there are code to set memory attribute in CpuMpPei module. However, the code doesn't handle the case of 5 level paging. Use the CpuPageTableLib to set memory attribute for two purpose: 1. Add 5 level paging support 2.
