UefiPayloadPkg/UefiPayloadEntry: Use HobPrintLib to dump HOBs
Leverage generic HOB print code in MdeModulePkg/Library/HobPrintLib. Print UefiPayload specified GUID HOB info as custom HOB print handler when calling the PrintHobList() interface.
