Documentation: intel: Convert to RST format

Now that the documents have been updated to conform to the reStructured Text
guidelines, we can now change the file extensions and update the other
related references.

This converts all of the Intel wired LAN driver documentation to *.rst.

+This driver supports Intel 82576-based virtual function devices-based virtual
+function devices that can only be activated on kernels that support SR-IOV.

+SR-IOV requires the correct platform and OS support.

+supplied with your Intel adapter. All hardware requirements listed apply to use
