hwmon: (tmp401) Add support for TI's TMP411 sensors chip
This adds support for TI's TMP411 sensor chip. Preliminary support were done by Gabriel Konat, Sander Leget and Wouter Willems. The chip is compatible with TI's TMP401 sensor chip. It has additional support for historical minimun/maximum measurements.
