Pull USB / Thunderbolt updates from Greg KH: "Here is the large set of USB and Thunderbolt changes for 6.4-rc1. The "biggest" thing in here is the removal of two obsolete drivers, u132-hcd and ftdi-elan, making this a net-removal of code overall.
