crypto: inside-secure - Fixed corner case TRC admin RAM probing issue
This patch fixed a corner case admin RAM probing issue witnessed on the Xilinx VCU118 FPGA development board with an EIP197 configuration with 4096 words of admin RAM, of which only 2050 were recognised.
