siphash: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro
make allmodconfig && make W=1 C=1 reports:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in lib/siphash_kunit.o
Add the missing invocation of the MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro.
