Bluetooth: Handle PM_SUSPEND_PREPARE and PM_POST_SUSPEND
Register for PM_SUSPEND_PREPARE and PM_POST_SUSPEND to make sure the Bluetooth controller is prepared correctly for suspend/resume. Implement the registration, scheduling and task handling portions only in this patch.
