Add a way for firmware to tell the OS that ATS is supported by the PCI
root complex. An endpoint with ATS enabled may send Translation Requests
and Translated Memory Requests, which look just like Normal Memory
Requests with a non-zero AT field. So a root controller that ignores the
AT field may simply forward the request to the IOMMU as a Normal Memory
Request, which could end badly. In any case, the endpoint will be
unusable.
The ats-supported property allows the OS to only enable ATS in endpoints
if the root controller can handle ATS requests. Only add the property to
pcie-host-ecam-generic for the moment. For non-generic root controllers,
availability of ATS can be inferred from the compatible string.

PCIe needs to choose the appropriate performance state of RPMh power
domain based on the PCIe gen speed.
Adding the Operating Performance Points table allows to adjust power
domain performance state and ICC peak bw, depending on the PCIe data
rate and link width.

BAR addresses
The current configuration had non-prefetchable memory overlapping with
bridge registers by 64KB from base address.
This patch fixes the 'ranges' property in the device tree by adjusting
the non-prefetchable memory addresses beyond the 64KB mark to prevent
conflicts.

The descriptions of the combined interrupt signals (level1) mention
all the lower interrupt signals (level2) for each combined interrupt,
regardless if the lower (level2) signal is RC or EP specific.
E.g. the description of "Combined system interrupt" includes rbar_update,
which is EP specific, and the description of "Combined message interrupt"
includes obff_idle, obff_obff, obff_cpu_active, which are all EP specific.
The only exception is the "Combined legacy interrupt", which for some
reason does not provide an exhaustive list of the lower (level2) signals.
Add the missing lower interrupt signals: tx_inta, tx_intb, tx_intc, and
tx_intd for the "Combined legacy interrupt", as per the rk3568 and rk3588
Technical Reference Manuals, such that the descriptions of the combined
interrupt signals are consistent.

The DWC core has four interrupt signals: tx_inta, tx_intb, tx_intc, tx_intd
that are triggered when the PCIe controller (when running in Endpoint mode)
has sent an Assert_INTA Message to the upstream device.
Some DWC controllers have these interrupt in a combined interrupt signal.
Add the description of these interrupts to the device tree binding.

interrupt-names "sys", "pmc", "msg", "err" for the device tree binding in
Root Complex mode (snps,dw-pcie.yaml), it doesn't make sense that those
drivers should use different interrupt-names when running in Endpoint mode
(snps,dw-pcie-ep.yaml).
Therefore, since "sys", "pmc", "msg", "err" are already defined in
snps,dw-pcie.yaml, add them also for snps,dw-pcie-ep.yaml.

dtschema package with core schemas deprecated pci-bus.yaml schema in
favor of pci-host-bridge.yaml. Update all bindings to use the latter
one.
The difference between pci-bus.yaml and pci-host-bridge.yaml is only in
lack of "reg" property defined by the latter, which should not have any
effect here, because all these bindings define the "reg".
The change is therefore quite trivial, however it requires dtschema
package v2024.02 or newer.

MT7621 PCI host bridge has children which are PCI root ports. The
children have "reg" property, but do not explicitly define it. Instead
they rely on pci-bus.yaml schema, but that one has "reg" without any
constraints.
Define the "reg" for the children, so the binding will be more specific
and later will allow dropping reference to deprecated pci-bus.yaml
schema.

This adds the missing num-viewport, phys and phy-name properties to the
schema. Based on driver code, num-viewport is required for the root
complex, phys are optional. Their number corresponds to the number of
lanes. The AM65x supports up to 2 lanes.

TI's J722S SoC has one instance of a Gen3 Single-Lane PCIe controller.
The controller on J722S SoC is similar to the one present on TI's AM64
SoC, with the difference being that the controller on AM64 SoC supports
up to Gen2 link speed while the one on J722S SoC supports Gen3 link speed.
Update the bindings with a new compatible for J722S SoC.

The first entry in the 'oneOf' schema doesn't work because the top
level schema requires exactly 8 interrupt entries. The 2nd entry is just
redundant with the top level. Since 1 entry appears to have been a
mistake, let's just drop the entire 'oneOf' rather than reworking the
top-level to allow 1 entry.

MSI interrupts are mapped and it should therefore not be described as
required.

The qcom,pcie.yaml binding file containing all possible Qualcomm SoC
PCIe root complexes gets quite complicated with numerous if:then:
conditions customizing clocks, interrupts, regs and resets. Adding and
reviewing new devices is difficult, so simplify it by having shared
common binding and file with only one group of compatible devices:
1. Copy all common qcom,pcie.yaml properties (so everything except
supplies) to a new shared qcom,pcie-common.yaml schema.
2. Move SM8550 PCIe compatible devices to dedicated binding file.
This creates equivalent SM8550 schema file, except:
- Missing required compatible which is actually redundant.
- Expecting eight MSI interrupts, instead of only one, which was
incomplete hardware description.

no need to duplicate it here.
Add 'if' check for existing compatible string to restrict reg and reg-names,
in preparation for adding a add new compatible string with difference reg-names
sets.
