The maintainers for mach-msm no longer have any plans to support
or test the platforms supported by this architecture[1]. Most likely
there aren't any active users of this code anyway, so let's
delete it.

Introduce a new mach-qcom that will support SoCs that intend to be
multiplatform compatible while keeping mach-msm to legacy SoC/board
support that will not transition over to multiplatform.
As part of this, we move support for MSM8X60, MSM8960 and MSM8974 over
to mach-qcom.

Right now hotplug.c only really implements msm_cpu_die as a wfi. Just
move that implementation into platsmp.c. At the same time we use the
existing wfi() instead of inline asm.

is now managed by generic arm code.

The MSM timer is only used on MSM devices that don't have the
architected timers. Introduce a hidden Kconfig option for this
driver so that we don't build it on the platforms that don't need
it.

The functionality provided by clock.c in mach-msm is only needed
on proc_comm based platforms. Only build the file if proc_comm is
enabled. This prevents compile failures for platforms that are
part of the multi-platform kernel.

Only the non-dt based MSM platforms need to map memory from their
machine descriptor. Unfortunately it is always compiled if
ARCH_MSM=y and the file also has mach/ includes in it. Since
dt-based MSM platforms aren't actually using anything in this
file just compile io.c on the non-dt based MSM platforms. This
allows the dt-based platforms to participate in the
multi-platform kernel.

The iommu devices are registered in software, when they should
really be part of the DT. Since we don't currently have DT
bindings in place for the MSM iommu driver just remove this file
for the time being. This is not removing any functionality anyway
because these devices aren't probing today due to missing clocks.

Pull ARM SoC late changes from Arnd Bergmann:
"These are changes that arrived a little late before the merge window
or that have multiple dependencies on previous branches so they did
not fit into one of the earlier ones. There are 10 branches merged

Move the existing clock code in mach-msm to the common clock
framework. We lose our capability to set the rate of and enable a
clock through debugfs. This is ok though because the debugfs
features are mainly used for testing and development of new clock
code.
To maintain compatibility with the original MSM clock code we
make a wrapper for clk_reset() that calls the struct msm_clk
specific reset function. This is necessary for the usb and sdcc
devices on MSM until a better suited API is made available.

In the near future we'll be moving clock-pcom to a platform
driver, in which case these two users of clk_get() in mach-msm
need to be updated. Have board-trout-panel.c make the proc_comm
call directly so that we don't have to port this board specific
code to the driver right now and reorder the initcall order of
dma.c so that it initializes after the clock driver probes but
before any drivers use dma APIs.

These patches migrate both the 8660 and 8960 targets on msm to be
devicetree only. This also sets most of the frame in place necessary
to build both targets into the same image.
There's a couple of cleanups in here that are kept in this series
because they are intimately tied to the changes necessary to support
the devicetree conversions.

Forcing arm_pm_idle to be msm_idle() doesn't make sense in
configurations that don't have CONFIG_MSM7X00A_IDLE=y (i.e. any
targets that aren't 7x00a). Furthermore, that config doesn't even
exist, so this entire file is dead code. Just remove it so we can
use the default idle support on MSM.

Not all devices use proc_comm and determining if a clock is local
vs. remote is fragile when done by comparing clk_ops pointers.
Instead, implement an is_local() function for all clk_ops to
determine if the clock is local. Doing this allows us to remove
the last references to clk_ops_pcom from clock.c and compile it
for targets with CONFIG_MSM_PROC_COMM=n.
We don't need to set the clk_ops at runtime until 7x30 local
clock detection comes in. Right now it's just complicating things
so just set the ops pointer statically.

Make the IOMMU platform data target-independent in
preparation for adding MSM8960 IOMMU support. The IOMMU
configuration on MSM8x60 and MSM8960 is identical and the
same platform data can be used for both.

The clock debugfs code is large enough, and easy enough to separate,
that it deserves its own file which is compiled only when
CONFIG_DEBUG_FS is enabled.
Also, cleanup header file #includes that are no longer required.

SCM is the protocol used to communicate between the secure and
non-secure code executing on the applications processor. The
non-secure side uses a physically contiguous buffer to pass
information to the secure side; where the buffer conforms to a
format that is agreed upon by both sides. The use of a buffer
allows multiple pending requests to be in flight on the secure
side. It also benefits use cases where the command or response
buffer contains large chunks of data.

Install a gpiolib driver supporting the on-chip gpios for
single-core MSMs in the 7x00 family, including 7x00A, 7x25, 7x27,
7x30, 8x50, and 8x50a.
As part of the ongoing effort to converge on a common code base,
this driver is based on the Google-Android msmgpio driver, whose
authors include Brian Swetland and Arve Hjønnevåg.

Add the 'gpiomux' api, which addresses the following shortcomings
of existing tlmm api:
- gpio power-collapse, which is managed by a peripheral processor on
other targets, must be managed by the application processor on the 8x60.
- The enable/disable flag of the legacy gpio_tlmm_config api
is not applicable on the 8x60, and causes confusion.
- The gpio 'direction' bits are meaningless for all func_sel
configurations except for generic-gpio mode (func_sel 0), in which
case the gpio_direction_* functions should be used. Having these
bits in the tlmm api leads to confusion and misuse of the gpiolib
api, and they have been removed in gpiomux.
- The functional api of the legacy system ran contrary to the typical
use-case, which is a single massive configuration at boot. Rather
than forcing hundreds of 'config' function calls, the new api
allows data to be configured with a single table.
gpiomux_get and gpiomux_put are meant to be called automatically
when gpio_request and gpio_free are called, giving automatic
gpiomux/tlmm control to those drivers/lines with simple
power profiles - in the simplest cases, an entry in the gpiomux table
and the correct usage of gpiolib is all that is required to get proper
gpio power control.
