The SGI SN2 (early Altix) is a very non-standard IA64 platform that was
at the very high end of even IA64 hardware, and has been discontinued
a long time ago. Remove it because there no upstream users left, and it
has magic hooks all over the kernel.

Variants of proc_create{,_data} that directly take a seq_file show
callback and drastically reduces the boilerplate code in the callers.
All trivial callers converted over.

This was entirely automated, using the script by Al:
PATT='^[[:blank:]]*#[[:blank:]]*include[[:blank:]]*<asm/uaccess.h>'
sed -i -e "s!$PATT!#include <linux/uaccess.h>!" \
$(git grep -l "$PATT"|grep -v ^include/linux/uaccess.h)
to do the replacement at the end of the merge window.

Latest irq changes removed the need for this forcing flag, and the
definition - but missed the code that allowed it to be tweaked via
/proc. Delete accessor functions too.

It is generally agreed that it would be beneficial for u64 to be an
unsigned long long on all architectures. ia64 (in common with several
other 64-bit architectures) currently uses unsigned long. Migrating
piecemeal is too painful; this giant patch fixes all compilation warnings
and errors that come as a result of switching to use int-ll64.h.
Note that userspace will still see __u64 defined as unsigned long. This
is important as it affects C++ name mangling.
[Updated by Tony Luck to change efi.h:efi_freemem_callback_t to use
u64 for start/end rather than unsigned long]

Use proc_create()/proc_create_data() to make sure that ->proc_fops and ->data
be setup before gluing PDE to main tree.

fix-rmmod-read-write-races-in-proc-entries.patch doesn't want dynamically
allocated ->proc_fops, because it will set it to NULL at module unload time.
Regardless of module status, switch to statically allocated ->proc_fops which
leads to simpler code without wrappers.
AFAICS, also fix the following bug: "sn_force_interrupt" proc entry set
->write for itself, but was created with 0444 permissions. Change to 0644.

General SN2 code cleanup:
- Do not initialize global variables to zero
- Use kzalloc instead of kmalloc+memset
- Check kmalloc return values
- Do not obfuscate spin lock calls
- Remove some unused code
- Various formatting cleanups

Clean up of SGI SN partitioning related code.
The SN_SAL_GET_SN_INFO SAL call returns the partition ID, making
the SN_SAL_SYSCTL_PARTITION_GET SAL call redundant. Remove sn_partid
and use sn_partition_id.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
