The function ucsi_displayport_work() does not access the
connector, so it also must not acquire the connector lock.
This fixes a potential deadlock scenario:
ucsi_displayport_work() -> lock(&con->lock)
typec_altmode_vdm()
dp_altmode_vdm()
dp_altmode_work()
typec_altmode_enter()
ucsi_displayport_enter() -> lock(&con->lock)

Displayport Alternate mode 2.1 requires configuration for additional
cable details such as signalling for cable, UHBR13.5 Support, Cable type
and DPAM version.
These details can be used with mux drivers to configure SOP DP
configuration for Displayport Alternate mode 2.1.
This change also includes pertinent cable signalling support in displayport
alternate mode.

This patch implements the following requirement in the Spec.
PD Spec Revision 3.0 Version 2.0 + ECNs 2020-12-10
6.4.4.2.3 Structured VDM Version
"The Structured VDM Version field of the Discover Identity Command
sent and received during VDM discovery Shall be used to determine the
lowest common Structured VDM Version supported by the Port Partners or
Cable Plug and Shall continue to operate using this Specification
Revision until they are Detached."

PD Rev 3.0 introduces SVDM Version 2.0. This patch makes the field
configuable in the header in order to be able to be compatible with
older SVDM version.

Commit 081da1325d35 ("usb: typec: ucsi: displayport: Fix a potential race
during registration") made the ucsi code hold con->lock in
ucsi_register_displayport(). But we really don't want any interactions
with the connector to run before the port-registration process is fully
complete.
This commit moves the taking of con->lock from ucsi_register_displayport()
into ucsi_register_port() to achieve this.

If the registration of the DisplayPort was not successful,
or if the port does not support DisplayPort alt mode in the
first place, the function ucsi_displayport_remove_partner()
will fail with NULL pointer dereference when it attempts to
access the driver data.
Adding a check to the function to make sure there really is
driver data for the device before modifying it.

That data structure was used for constructing the commands
before executing them, but it was never really useful. Using
the structure just complicated the driver. The commands are
64-bit wide, so it is enough to simply fill a u64 variable.
No data structures needed.
This simplifies the driver considerable and makes it much
easier to for example add support for big endian systems
later on.

Making sure that ucsi_displayport_enter() function does not
return an error if the displayport alternate mode has
already been entered. It's normal that the firmware (or
controller) has already entered the alternate mode by the
time the operating system is notified about the device.

This makes it possible to bind a driver to a DisplayPort
alt mode adapter devices.
The driver attempts to cope with the limitations of UCSI by
"emulating" behaviour and attempting to guess things when
ever possible in order to satisfy the requirements the
standard DisplayPort alt mode driver has.
