* src/mb: Update unlicensable files with the CC-PDDC SPDX IDMartin Roth2022-08-132-0/+8

This commit updates the unlicensable empty (and effectively empty) files with the CC-PDDX identifier for license compliance scanning. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. Tested to work: * GPU (Nvidia gt210) in PCIe x16 slot; * SATA; * serial; * 800MHz and 1067MHz FSB Core 2 Duo CPUs; * ethernet; * native VGA graphic init. What does not work: * resume from s3 suspend; * superio hardware monitor (not initialised in coreboot). Quirks: * does not boot with just one dimm in slot B.
