Where available, only set the GPIOs for SKUs which have a touchscreen. This will allow coreboot to detect the presence of i2c touchscreens during ACPI SSDT generation (implemented in a subsequent commit). Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest.
