Use the references from the chipset devicetree as this makes the
comments superfluous.
Built all variants with BUILD_TIMELESS=1 and the resulting binaries
remain the same.

The original DA7219 is designed to use a 500ohm mic detection
threshold. Some headset mics (e.g. Logitech H111) have a lower DC impedance that is lower than the threshold and thus cannot be
detected. Lower the threshold to 200ohm to match the new default
value provided by Renasas as in https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/alsa-devel/patch/20231201042933.26392-1-David.Rau.opensource@dm.renesas.com/ to support such headsets.

Using the boolean type and the true/false macros give the reader a
better understanding about the option. Thus, use the bool type for the
attribute and use the macros for assignments.
Skylake mainboards which use that option were changed by the following
command ran from the root directory.
socs="SOC_INTEL_(SKYLAKE|KABYLAKE|SKYLAKE_LGA1151_V2)" && \
option="s0ix_enable" && \
grep -Er "${socs}" src/mainboard | \

Exposing the GPIOs via an ACPI PowerResource and the _CRS results in the
OS driver and ACPI thinking they own the GPIO. This can cause timing
problems because it's not clear which system should be controlling the
GPIO.
Previously, we flagged as an error any device which set the
'has_power_resource' flag but did not set 'disable_gpio_export_in_crs.'
There's no reason to require explicit disablement however, so drop the
superfluous 'disable' flag, and change the _CRS generation to check if
the GPIOs will be exported via the 'has_power_resource' flag instead.
BUG=b:265055477
TEST=build/boot skyrim, dump SSDT and verify touchscreen GPIOs only
listed under PRx, not under _CRS.

List of changes:
1. Drop `HeciEnabled` from dt and dt chip configuration.
2. Replace all logic that disables HECI1 based on the `HeciEnabled`
chip config with `DISABLE_HECI1_AT_PRE_BOOT` config.
3. Make dt CSE PCI device `on` by default.
4. Mainboards set DISABLE_HECI1_AT_PRE_BOOT=y to make Heci1
function disable at pre-boot instead of the dt policy that uses
`HeciEnabled = 0`.
Mainboards that choose to make HECI1 enable during boot don't override
`heci1 disable` config.

Since all mainboards use `CHIPSET_LOCKDOWN_COREBOOT`, make it the
default by changing its enum value to 0 and remove its configuration
from all related devicetrees.
If `common_soc_config.chipset_lockdown` is not configured with
something else in the devicetree, then `CHIPSET_LOCKDOWN_COREBOOT`
is used.
Also, add a release note for the upcoming 4.15 release.

All Atlas devices have the touchscreen controller, so probing for its
presence is unnecessary. Removing the probe requirement allows the
touchscreen ACPI device in Linux to re-enumerate when rebinding its
I2C adapter device.
Without this change, after rebinding the touchscreen's I2C adapter
device using sysfs the touchscreen ACPI and HID devices are absent, and
the touchscreen is unresponsive.
With this change, the touchscreen ACPI and HID devices are re-created
after rebinding its I2C adapter device, and the touchscreen becomes
responsive again.

There are multiple different devicetree setting formats for graphics
panel settings present in coreboot. Replace the ones for the platforms
that already have (mostly) unified gma/graphics setup code by a unified
struct in the gma driver. Hook it up in HSW, BDW, SKL, and APL and adapt
the devicetrees accordingly.
Always ensure that values don't overflow by applying appropriate masks.
The remaining platforms implementing panel settings (GM45, i945, ILK and
SNB) can be migrated later after unifying their gma/graphics setup code.

This change switches all mainboard devices to use drivers/wifi/generic
instead of drivers/intel/wifi chip driver for Intel WiFi
devices. There is no need for two separate chip drivers in coreboot to
handle Intel and non-Intel WiFi devices since the differences can be
handled at runtime using the PCI vendor ID. This also allows mainboard
to easily multi-source WiFi chips and still use the same firmware
image without having to distinguish between the chip drivers.

Currently eMMC gets enabled by the option ScsEmmcEnabled, but this
duplicates the devicetree on/off options. Therefore use the
on/off options for the enablement of the eMMC controller.
I checked all corresponding mainboards if the devicetree configuration

We had two ways to configure the serial IRQ mode. One time in the
devicetree for FSP and one time through Kconfig for coreboot. We'll
use `enum serirq_mode` from soc/intel/common/ as a devicetree option
instead. As the default is `quiet mode` here and that is the most
common mode, this saves us a lot of lines.
In four cases kblrvp8, 11 and librem 13v2, 15v3, we had conflicting
settings in devicetree and Kconfig. We'll maintain the `continuous`
selection, although it might be that coreboot overrode this earlier
on the kblrvps.
Note: A lot of Google boards have serial IRQ enabled, while the pin
seems to be unconnected?

The latest rev. of the atlas board moves the WiFi wake source from
WAKE# to GPP_B7. The original GPP_A0 in the device tree is just
wrong. This also reconfigures DW1 to the GPP_B group so we can use
GPP_B7 as a wake source.
GPP_B7 is still configured as a no-connect in gpio.c, so this doesn't
actually enable WiFi wake. We'll follow up with another patch to set
up GPP_B7 properly on boards that support it.

Use the common VMX implementation, and set IA32_FEATURE_CONTROL
lock bit per Kconfig *after* SGX is configured (as SGX also sets
bits on the IA32_FEATURE_CONTROL register).
As it is now correctly based on a Kconfig, the `VmxEnable` devicetree
setting vanishes.
Test: build/boot google/[chell,fizz], observe Virtualization enabled
under Windows 10 when VMX enabled and lock bit set.

With this change, coreboot thinks we're running at 1MHz:
DW I2C bus 2 at 0xd1133000 (1000 KHz)
Elan eKT3644 IC Specification (trackpad) requires:
Low Time larger than 500ns (61 * 8.3ns = 506ns).
High Time larger than 260ns (32 * 8.3ns = 265ns),
Data Hold_time larger than 0ns.
Start Condition Hold time larger than 250ns.
Rise/Fall time of less than 120ns.
HCNT controls both High Time and Start Condition Hold time.
LCNT controls Low Time.
SDA_HOLD controls Data Hold Time.
P2 Atlas "Rise time" is 90ns and "Fall time" is 32ns and tuned
using resistors on the board and must be considered when
adjusting any of the parameters since these times are all measured
at 30 or 70% of base and peak voltages (0v/1.8v).
The eKT3644 requirements are met with LCNT=69, HCNT=33, SDA_HOLD=20
which yields the SCL at around 950KHz - suboptimal but compliant.
Lower LCNT or HCNT results in "lost arbitration" errors or not complying
with eKT3644 requirements.
Verified by gaggery.tsai@intel.corp-partner.google.com.
